We Staff Canada is hiring Production Associates for a food production facility in Markham, Ontario. This is steady line work in a clean, food grade environment, and no previous experience is needed.
What you will be doing
- Work the production line, packing and preparing product
- Check product for quality and pull anything that does not meet standard
- Weigh, label and date finished product
- Box, stack and palletize for shipping
- Keep your station clean and follow food safety procedures
- Support changeovers between production runs
What you need
- Comfortable standing for a full shift and working at line pace
- CSA approved steel toe safety boots
- Able to follow instruction and work as part of a team
- Previous production, packaging or food plant experience is an asset rather than a requirement
- Two pieces of valid identification
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
